StrongLink by DataIM provides a platform designed to enhance cybersecurity awareness and training for organizations. Our Services include interactive modules, detailed dashboards, and reporting functionalities to help Security Officers and employees learn about online safety.

3. Eligibility

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to become cyber resilient. There are no age restrictions for using our Services.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• - Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
• - Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose.
• - Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of StrongLink by DataIM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content provided through the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
